Candidates

Every phone call, email and every resume submitted to Messrs Shaharuddin Hidayu & Marwaliz is treated by our consultants as confidential.

Interviews with candidates are conducted in confidence and the company appreciates that such discussions are personal between candidate and consultant.

Our consultants are trained to treat such information as strictly confidential and will not disclose the contents of documents such as resumes or records of discussions at meetings unless expressly authorised to do so by the candidate.

Under no circumstances will a candidate’s resume be sent out to a client without that candidate’s approval.

Clients

Discussions between clients and any employee of Messrs Shaharuddin Hidayu & Marwaliz are also treated as sensitive and confidential.

Our consultants are trained to treat each discussion, client meeting or document as highly sensitive and never to compare what is offered to one candidate to what may be offered to another candidate.

At Messrs Shaharuddin Hidayu & Marwaliz we appreciate that confidentiality is the foundation of the relationship between consultant and candidate.
